CNC Fiber Laser Cutting Machine For Metal Sheet
Machine body:The bed is integrally welded, annealed to eliminate the internal stress treatment, and there is vibration aging after the rough machining,
and then it is processed again. Thereby greatly improving the rigidity and stability of the machine tool, and ensuring the accuracy of the
machine tool. The beam (Y axis). The beam(Y axis) is equipped with high-quality linear guide rails, driven by a servo motor. High-quality
imported ball screws and a modular structure make the Z-axis slide plate realizes the reciprocating movement in the Y direction. During
the movement, the limit switch controls the stroke to limit, and at the same time, there are elastic cushion on both ends as mechanical
limiters to ensure the safety of the system.
Rack and rail:
The transmission of this equipment is 3-mode helical gears, and Taiwan racks and guide rails with five-level grinding. The fixed screw holes
of more than 4mm are all processed at one time on the milling machine to ensure the accuracy of the screw holes.
Japan Fuji/Panasonic servo motor:
The power part of the equipment is all made in Japan; the brand servo motor and driver are perfectly matched with the guide rack and rail,
with low running sound, high speed and high precision.
Japan Beto reducer:
Imported reducer with helical gear design can withstand greater torque than ordinary straight tooth. It has high precision, small volume, low
noise, fully enclosed design to ensure that the grease does not leak. And the transmission efficiency is up to 95%. The internal components
are made of alloy steel, which can cope with various harsh environments.
WSX or equivalent brand laser head
The machine use WSX laser head, which has sensitive sensing.
The optimized optical design and the digital height sensor can make the cutting more efficient. The dual water-cooled design allows the laser
head to work stably for a long time under high power.
S&A or Hanli industrial grade chiller:
1. The equipment has high-quality stainless steel cold water circulation pump, which has large flow rate, high lift, low noise and long life;
stainless steel water tank, pipeline and stainless steel valves will never worry about rust;
2. The control system adopts LCD full Chinese (or full English) computer controller, fully automatic CPU control and operation is simple and
intuitive. The control precision is as high as ±0.1ºC; the machine has automatic fault diagnosis function to show the fault point on the screen
directly to prompting the user to deal with it quickly. And the fault signal can be directly transmitted to the CNC system through the data line
to avoid damage to components and equipment;
3. The machine can provide multiple protection functions and passive alarm terminals, and remote control terminals, which help to realize
CNC centralized control and monitoring. The "dual temperature" precision water cooler provides stable and accurate water temperature
control for the laser. At the same time, it also has water of the temperature close to the ambient to cool the lens, which solves the problem
of damage caused by condensation when the lens is cooled with low-temperature water, and is the best choice for laser equipment cooling.
Cypcutting control system:
Cypcutting system can directly read the UG, IGS format file exported by SolidWorks software, and automatically extract the section of the
pipe to be cut and the track to be cut, without manual editing and selection. Fast and convenient automatic leveling and center correction
function eliminates tedious manual operations and improves the cutting accuracy; It can automatically calculates the height of the cutting
head when the pipe rotates and cuts on one side according to the size of the pipe, to avoid hitting the head during the cutting. It also greatly
reduces unnecessary lifting during single-sided cutting and saves time.
